We bring your team together as never before.  Your dedicated Account Manager will work with your organization to evaluate current systems and to develop future requirements.  We consistently improve coordination between our client's:

  • Equipment Vendors

  • Local Telco

  • Carriers

If you don't have a director of IT or Telecom Manager, your Account Manager will fill the gap and deliver the information and answers you need to provide the IT capabilities you want.

We work for you, our client, to develop and refine requirements prior to procurement:

  • Coordinate requirements with Equipment and Software Vendors ensuring compatibility.

  • Determine capabilities and availability of Telco services.

  • Determine capabilities and availability of carrier services.

  • Manage the RFP process with all carriers and secure best price offers.

  • Assist customer with contract evaluation and hazard avoidance.

We work for you, our client during the implementation process:

  • Manage the entire implementation process.

  • Coordinate implementation with the Local Telco.

  • Coordinate implementations with Equipment and Software Vendors.

  • Schedule and conduct periodic implementation conference calls with all participants to ensure all are informed and responding on action items.

  • Maintain a list of all action items and provide reports to you, our client.

  • Manage all test and turn-up activities.

  • Conduct first bill review to ensure compliance with agreements.

We work for you, our client, in the ongoing management of telecom services:

  • Assist with telecom asset management.

  • Assist with development of telecom reports leading to business process improvement.

  • Identify improved telecom technology, services and pricing as may become available.

  • Maintain an active relationship with  department heads and all vendors.

There is little chance that any mid-sized business would ever get the above level of support from any Carrier Direct Service Representative or Account Executive.  More importantly, there is no chance that any Carrier Sales Person would recommend another carrier when that carrier could provide a better service or better terms.

Lastly, we all know that billing problems, service problems and network outages can and sometimes do happen.  These problems can be devastating to your business.  Sometimes, a quick call to your carrier repair group is all it takes to resolve a  service related problem, but what happens if your call is not answered or the problem goes unresolved?  Will your carrier Sales Representative be available to help or even understand the problem?  Will your carrier Sales Representative take ownership of the problem and make it a priority, will they have access to the carrier's department heads, will they stay late, give you their cell phone number and keep you informed?

Your ComHelpDesk Account Manager will take ownership of telecom problems affecting your business.  We understand the carrier systems and how they can impact services or present problems.  We have access to the departments managing those systems and can escalate within those departments.  In short, you can depend on our Value Added Support.
