Our Custom Value Added Support is available to any business that may require special project support.  Custom support is billed by the number of hours consumed or on a project contract basis.

Example 1:  A new business, without an installed telecommunications network, requires assistance in designing a telecommunications network that will meet the anticipated needs of their new business.  Their requirements could include researching compatibility of the various hardware, software and network systems under consideration, and preparation of an RFP along with an evaluation of bid responses.

Example 2:  It is not uncommon for a business to have been significantly over charged for their previous telecommunications services, or for the taxes on those services.  During 2009 the ComHelpDesk assisted several businesses in the recovery of more than $500,000 in excess billing.  Carrier bills are frequently addressed directly to accounts payable and are simply paid without a detailed review for accuracy.  The result can be years of excess charges and over payments, sometimes totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.  The ComHelpDesk will review your previous carrier billing to determine if you have been overcharged.  We will conduct a detailed analysis of past billing, prepare a reconciliation report, and demand reimbursement from the offending carrier.
